Delivery times

For in-stock items
We make every effort to ensure that parcels are dispatched within a maximum of 48 working hours from the validation of your order for in-stock items.
You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your parcel, which will contain a tracking number allowing you to track the delivery status.

Refunds
Refunds are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the item has not been worn beyond a try-on, not washed, and remains in its original condition.
